Nice capture Tracy, the way you captured the starburst pattern on the sun looks like you used a fairly high f stop like f22 or so. Am I right? Perfect for this picture with the hint of clouds. Looks hot and summery.
Mike, To be honest, I was using my digital and placed it on a setting for distant scenery. I tried several different settings, and liked this one the best.

I really like this one. Very nice. It really conveys the intensity of the sun coming out after it has been cloudy/rainy.
